I build the storefront, the software and the systems underneath — and the AI and voice agents that run on top of them.

Twelve builds — storefronts, sites, systems and an in-house product. Named clients, real structure, and the decisions behind each one rather than a gallery of thumbnails.

Why work with meResults, not reporting

No fluff. Just the numbers the account actually produced.

Every figure below comes from a build on this site. Nothing is modelled, rounded up, or borrowed from a project I did not ship.

What I do(05)

Services.

Five disciplines, one stack. Most projects start with a site or a store and end up needing the systems, the integrations and the agents behind it — because the constraint is rarely where it first looked.

Hand-built front ends rather than configured templates — custom Shopify themes in Liquid, and Next.js sites where the business needs full control of structure and speed. Built mobile-first, because a slow site is a silent sales killer when four in five visitors are on a phone.

How I workHari Prasad Yarragolla®

Not an agency. One builder who owns the whole stack.

Most studios are hired for one layer. They design the front end, hand over a template, and the integrations, the infrastructure and the internal tooling become somebody else’s problem. I take the whole stack, because the seams between those layers are where projects actually fail.

In the work on this site, the highest-value thing I did was often outside the design scope entirely — scripting a catalogue out of a platform that offered no export, building a B2B quote channel no theme ships, or structuring forty brands and twenty-nine product types before a single template was written.

  1. 01

I start with the data model, not the design

Structure the catalogue, the taxonomy and the content types before a template is written. Filtering, navigation and collection logic then run off one source of truth — instead of being maintained by hand forever.

  2. 02

Sitemap and mockup before the contract, not after

The structure and design of the thing being commissioned are on the table before anyone signs. It removes the largest risk in any build — finding out after signature that both sides imagined a different product.

  3. 03

I engineer around platform limits rather than wait on them

When a legacy platform offered no catalogue export at all, I scripted its admin and wrote every record out to CSV with meta fields intact. Migrations are where replatforms stall, and engineering around that is much of what I am hired for.

  4. 04

I ship on a documented process

A build SOP, a content SOP and a pre-launch QA checklist. That is why a 1,467-product store with a bespoke B2B channel is a week of build time rather than a quarter of drift.

My approach is simple

Adeveloperdoesnotjustbuildwhatyouaskedfor.Adeveloperbuildsthethingthatstillworksattentimesthevolume.

I do not overpromise or hide behind flashy language. Every build on this site was scoped, structured and shipped on a documented process — and where a project is too early to claim a result, the case study says exactly that instead.

Hari Prasad Yarragolla

Builds the thing the traffic lands on, and the machinery behind it — custom storefronts and hand-coded Shopify themes, internal software, the APIs and AWS infrastructure that hold them together, and the AI, chat and voice agents that answer when nobody is at the desk. Starts with the data model rather than the design, because storefronts that are designed first and structured afterwards spend the rest of their lives being maintained by hand.

FAQ.

Everything worth knowing before you get in touch.

Websites and custom Shopify storefronts first, then the systems layer underneath them — internal tools, APIs, integrations and AWS infrastructure — plus the AI automations and chat and voice agents that run on top. It is one stack, and most engagements touch more than one part of it.

Let’s talk.

Tell me what you are building — a storefront, a site, an internal tool, or the systems and agents behind them. I will tell you what I would build first.

  • Quick response. You will hear back from me — not an account manager reading a script.
  • A sitemap and a mockup. You see the real structure and design of what you are commissioning, before any money changes hands.
  • Clear next steps.A scope, an order of work, and an honest view of what it is worth — including if the answer is that you do not need a rebuild.
